What the heck is that!!?

Access Bars or "getting your Bars run" as it's often called, is a session where I place gentle pressure on a number of points on your head over the space of an hour or so, to stimulate positive neurological responses. This seems to trigger the body's natural ability to heal and make physiological changes required for greater well-being.  Some people say the effects are life changing and others say it's like having a really good relaxing head massage.  Not only are the effects different for everyone but the results can vary on each session you have, possibly depending on what you are looking to get out of it or what you are struggling with at that time.  This beautiful practice works to release both physical and mental blocks and can be a great help in stress and trauma reduction.

What you need to know?​
