What to expect....
Your first Sports Massage session begins with a short consultation so I can understand what’s going on in your body. We may talk about your training, daily activities, previous injuries, or areas that feel tight or uncomfortable.
​From there, I may carry out a simple movement or posture assessment before beginning the massage. This helps me look beyond the immediate sore area and start addressing the underlying cause, rather than just the symptom.
​The massage itself is more focused than a relaxation treatment and may include deeper pressure or targeted work on specific muscles. That said, it should always feel productive rather than overwhelming, and we’ll work at a level that feels right for your body.
​Most people leave feeling lighter, looser, and with a greater sense of ease in their movement

Session Length & Costs
A standard sports massage session lasts 60 minutes and costs £50.
​Your first appointment is slightly longer (around 75–90 minutes) to allow time for a more detailed assessment and to fully understand what’s going on in your body, at no additional cost.
​This means we can begin to address the cause of the issue, not just the symptoms.
​Extended 90-minute sessions are also available for those wanting a more in-depth or full-body treatment.
